mermaids, which derive from an old greek legend. According to this legend
the mermaid was a beautiful woman, half human and half fish. She was a
creature that came in the dreams of every sailor who had been in the sea
for far too long and kept him company.
Sotirios
Makos is one of the best contemporary folklore painters. His paintings
