This was at one time a small club called THE GOLDEN KEY which during the dictatorship was the center of the Greek counter-culture. At the time the Plaka was full of clubs and discos but they kicked them all out in the late seventies because they were intimidating the old people who lived there so they would move away and they could open more clubs and discos. The government got rid of them by simply outlawing amplified music in the Plaka.
